I'm taking the longest Digital Detox I've taken in years starting tomorrow, January 13-25th.
✨
As a facilitator, healer and mentor, I lovingly hold space for others each and every day. It's my soul's calling and passion to do so but we all need time to disconnect, and restore.🦋
✨
I've admittley been feeling disconnected from my own intuitive knowing and bogged down by daily responsibilities. My screen time spread out between my phone, laptop and TV is constant and I'm craving time to completely unplug and reset.🙏🏼
✨
I'm taking this mini sabbatical to reconnect within so the only "to-do's" during this time are:👇🏻

•Time in nature
•Read a few new books
•Deepened Meditation + Breath Practice
•Detoxing my physical body with a whole foods plant-based diet
•Going DEEP into the healing of my mental, emotional, spiritual and physical body.

It took me YEARS to come to the realization that the root cause of many of my self-sabotaging patterns were stemming from a wounded inner-child.🤲🏻
✨
From 0-14 we are in an egocentric state and are absorbing our environment into our subconscious mind. We operate our day to day thoughts, attitudes, reactions and beliefs from our subconscious state 95% of the time.
✨
This is why we feel that we are "stuck" in specific habitual loops no matter how bad on a conscious level we want to grow past this.
✨
We use Conscious, Circular connected breath to bypass the conscious mind, and access the subconscious and limbic brain where we are storing negative imprinting and messages from our childhood that we likely picked up from our own parents.

My first ever breathwork journey, I was shown memories from my 2 year old self scared and powerless while my parents were fighting. I had no idea that I was still holding onto these wounds within my subconscious mind. After breathing this way for years now, I have gone back to several memories of me as a child and was able to reparent that inner-child and give them exactly what they needed in that moment to feel safe, supported and loved.🥰
