Peanut Butter & Banana Chia Seed Pudding
I love to prepare this breakfast the night before for a easy grab-n-go meal. The chia seeds will keep you fueled all day and provide a hearty dose of fiber!
- 2 cups Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbls Maple Syrup or other sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbls Raw peanut or almond butter
- 1 Ripe banana
In a mason jar combine first 5 ingredients
Screw on lid and shake until well combined
Place in fridge overnight or for a minimum of a hour
In the morning top with raw nut butter and chopped banana or any other topping of choice.
