Breathwork + Raw Cacao Ceremonies

Each Breathwork class is designed to take you on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

My Breathwork classes are combined with a raw cacao ceremony to open + awaken the heart prior to our breathwork journey. Cacao is drinking chocolate in its most raw form. Its anciently prepared with honey and warming spices and consumed with intention as the group is guided to reconnect to their heart.

A true experience in transformative healing, these unique sessions are a magical combination of raw drinking cacao, guided meditation, a conscious Breathwork journey infused with emotion evoking music, followed by integration and aromatherapy.

You will leave feeling deeply restored, with heightened clarity and a profound understanding of the healing potential within breath medicine.

Virtual Breathwork

Connect with breathers from all over the world, in a virtual Breathwork class via Zoom. Just as if you were in the room with me, you are guided to discover the power of your breath in the comfort of your own home.

You only need a internet connection + cozy un-interrupted space in your home to join us for these transformative sessions of release + renewal. Just as with my in-person ceremonies, each class is a unique experience with a different theme, playlist, and guided meditation.

Healing Retreats

I’ve lead retreats on the Michigan’s Lakeshore, Spiritual Sedona & Peaceful Bali.

All retreats are designed to heal mind, body and spirit with a combination of Yoga, Meditation, Nature, Raw Cacao Ceremonies, Breathwork, Plant-Based Meals, and Workshops to take you on a journey inwards. These retreats typically sell-out, so stay tuned for upcoming trips for transformation!

Classes

Yoga Nidra

It is a deeply restorative and transformational meditative yoga practice without any physical movement. In this practice the attendee finds a comfortable position on their back (savanasa) and is verbally guided by the teacher through the 5 layers of your being (koshas) and ultimately to the true self where a intention can be planted and cultivated.

Yoga Nidra is a great way to unwind, decompress, and cultivate a positive intention into your life.
