Commit to freeing your heart + mind in this breathwork session for forgiveness and letting go just before October’s Full Moon Weekend. A inner-journey using Breathwork combined with powerful music + aromatherapy to heal the heart, surrender and forgive. We acknowledge that by not forgiving we are only allowing the other to dictate our emotions, we’ll release our past through this healing session.
This session is taking place a few days before October’s Full Moon. The Full Moon is symbolizes a potent time of release and letting go so we will be working with the bigness of this energy to enhance the session experience.

What is Breathwork Healing?

Combined with powerful music, and guided ques this breathwork triggers a profound emotional and physical release. It’s one of the oldest, most direct and powerful tools to reset the nervous system and support your body’s natural ability to heal at all levels.

What to Bring
A yoga mat, 2 blankets, a pillow, eye mask, a journal to write with and a water bottle. Dress comfortably and be sure not to have anything too heavy in your belly. No mask required. Please arrive 10min early for set-up.
