Dropping back into a parasympathetic nervous system will lower cortisol (the stress hormone), decrease inflammation, increase feelings of inner-peace and allow you to feel safe in your body.
No matter the session theme, you can come with your own intentions. The wisdom of your breath and body will release what’s ready to come through.
In this transformative session, I will guide you through a grounding meditation, a conscious breathwork journey, followed by rest & grounding. Journaling prompts will be sent post-session to continue connecting to your inner-guidance.

What is Breathwork Healing?
Breathwork is an incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological and physical cleansing. A transformational technique that can ignite intense inner exploration through entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness.
In a session you are guided through a specific, controlled and accelerated way of consciously breathing. This is a circular, connected breathing pattern that allows you to access the subconscious, along with repressed memories & emotions being stored in the body.
Combined with evocative music, and guided ques this breathwork triggers a profound emotional and physical release. It’s one of the oldest, most direct and powerful tools to reset the nervous system and support your body’s natural ability to heal at all levels.

What if I cannot attend the session LIVE? Whether or not you can attend the LIVE, the session recording will be available to access and replay anytime your in need of a additional support. There will be a living library of all past + future sessions in the Rising in Breath Membership page via the Patreon App. If you plan on attending the single session, you will have access to the replay for 7-days post session!
Is the recording as powerful as the LIVE session? Breathers are often surprised at how deep they are able to go within their breathwork journey in both the LIVE session and the recorded version. Breathing in the comfort of your own home often allows breathers to open in a more vulnerable way leading to a connection to your emotional/energetic body. Do you have recommendations for session prep? Yes, there are detailed instructions within the Rising in Breath Membership page, but you will ultimately want to be as comfortable as possible. Find a space in your home that will be uninterrupted. Light a candle, burn some palo santo or sage, and have water + your journal nearby. Also be sure to not have anything too heavy in your belly, a light snack is Ok prior to the session but do not consume a heavy meal.
